The applications are to be submitted online only from 25th March 2025, 10 AM to 2nd April 2025, 5 PM.

Passport size photograph is to be uploaded while submitting the application online (File size maximum 40 KB and 150 pixel width x 200 pixel height maximum)

Hall ticket will be generated upon submitting the application online.

The online generated hall ticket, school identity card and a copy of the school identity card are to be produced for attending the screening test. Online generated hall ticket should be submitted at the time of examination with the signature of Parent/guardian.

Creative Summer Science Workshop is a programme conducted by the Kerala State Science & Technology Museum for school students in the months of April & May in two batches each for Senior Category & Junior Category. Each batch will be of 10 day duration. The April Batch is scheduled from 21-04-2025 to 02-05-2025. The May Batch is scheduled from 05-05-2025 to 16-05-2025.

The students who are in 4,5,6 standards in 2025-26 academic year (passed in 3,4,5 standards in 2024-25 academic year) are included in Junior category and those who are in 7,8,9 standards in 2025-26 academic year (passed in 6,7,8 standards in 2024-25 academic year) are included in Senior category.

No fee is to be remitted along with application form. The course fee for 10-day programme is Rs. 2,000/-, which is to be remitted during admission time only. The details of remittance of fee will be intimated to the selected students after publishing the result of screening test. The list of selected students will be published on the website of Kerala State Science and Technology Museum (www.kstmuseum.com).

The selection of the students for the creative summer science workshop will be done through a screening test on merit basis. Date of screening test is 06/04/2025. The screening test for Junior batch will be conducted from 10.30 AM to 12 Noon and the screening test for Senior batch will be conducted from 2.30 PM to 4 PM.

Two contact numbers of the guardians must be included in the application form.

The allotment of students for each batch (I and II) will be done based on the marks scored by them in the screening test.

The students who are once allotted in a batch will not be permitted to change the batch.

All procedures including selection, workshops, classes and faculties, seminars etc. of this programme will be subject to the final decision of the Authorities of KSSTM.

Students who attend the programme will not be allowed inside the campus before 9.00 AM and after 5.30 PM.
